Established in 1984, BBP Énergie has been installing building automation systems and maintaining cooling and air conditioning systems for nearly 40 years.
BBP Énergie is the story of building mechanic enthusiasts who had the vision to use building automation and automatic control systems to optimize and simplify the management of heating and air conditioning equipment.
The BBP- building automation division was the first to emerge. Its team focuses on the implementation and update of the latest building automation systems to optimize and ensure energy efficiency and comfort.
The BBP-building Mechanical HVAC division was born from a desire to simplify our customer’s operational management of their mechanical systems. Our team is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and replacement of their buildings’ mechanical systems.
Without any other intermediary, our customers can now entrust all their projects, from installation to automation, to a single competent, honest, and efficient partner.

Martin Guillemette, ING

An engineer by training and a management graduate from McGill University, Martin Guillemette joined the BBP Énergie team in September 2009 as an estimator, designer, and project manager.
Over the years, he discovered the company in all its facets and saw immense growth potential. In June 2015, he was promoted to president to advance his vision.

Carle Bourgoin,
Vice-President of Operations
Carle Bourgoin has been part of the BBP Énergie team since 2003 when he started with the company as a Director of Service. A refrigeration specialist by training, he has witnessed all stages of the company’s evolution.
“In my role, no two days are the same, and that’s what I like. I have the opportunity to meet customers as well as to support our technical teams in the realization of their projects.”
“My objective is to propose concrete ways to prevent problems from arising, and if they do arise, to find lasting solutions to prevent them from happening again.”
